Temporary Cancellation Policy Amendment – Middle East Conflict & Fuel Supply Disruptions
Effective immediately until further notice
Due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the conflict involving Iran and the potential impact of fuel supply restrictions or government-imposed travel disruptions, we are introducing the following temporary amendment to our standard cancellation policy.
Temporary Travel Credit
If a guest is unable to proceed with their booking due to:
- Government travel advisories or restrictions directly related to the conflict involving Iran;
- Fuel shortages or fuel rationing that materially affect the ability to undertake campervan travel;
- Significant travel disruptions directly resulting from the above circumstances,
the non-refundable booking deposit will not be forfeited.
Instead, the deposit will be converted into a travel credit valid for 12 months from the original booking commencement date.
Conditions
- The credit may be applied to any available campervan rental within the 12-month validity period.
- Standard rental rates and seasonal pricing applicable at the time of the new booking will apply.
- The travel credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- If the new booking value exceeds the available credit, the difference must be paid at the time of rebooking.
- Any unused portion of the credit will be forfeited after the 12-month validity period.
- This temporary policy applies only where the cancellation is directly attributable to the qualifying circumstances outlined above and may require reasonable supporting evidence.
- All other terms of our standard cancellation policy remain unchanged.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this temporary policy as circumstances evolve.
